PROGRAM FOR THOSE WITH ALZHEIMER'S DEMENTIA OR MEMORY LOSS

Interfaith Care Partners Ministry group, a gathering for persons with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory loss, meets at First United Methodist Church – 2314 North Grand Blvd – Pearland, Texas on the fourth Monday of each month from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Gatherings consist of snacks, arts and crafts, exercises, entertainment, devotional , lunch, and ends with musical bingo or a game. Those who have a family member or know of someone with these challenges are welcome to attend. During this time a support group, facilitated by FUMC pastoral staff, is available for family caregivers.  All services are provided free of charge. An initial interview must be conducted by Interfaith Care Partners staff to welcome new participants into this program.

The next Gathering will be held in the Family Life Center at the church on Monday, March 27.
